I’ve lost about 65 pounds in the last two years and am on track to lose another 15 in the next few months. People constantly ask me how I did it. Honestly, it comes down to two things:
1. Eat less.
2. Exercise more.
Seriously. That’s it. Now, there are strategies I used to help me do this, and I’ll be documenting them over the next month or so. But, when it all comes down to it, it’s just a matter of more output than input.
It’s a big thing to finally say “yes” to yourself and accomplish those goals you want to accomplish. It’s 2013. Nothing is stopping you. It’s as simple as doing it.
